👥 Team Formation & Registration

  • Teams can have 1 to 5 members
  • One Team Leader must complete registration and submit all team details
  • Registration Fee: ₹1,000 per team (Non-refundable)
  • Multidisciplinary teams are encouraged

🍽️ Food & Accommodation

  • Food is not included in the registration fee
  • Food services will be available on a paid basis
Accommodation Details

  • 23rd February 2026: Accommodation will be provided for all outside students.
  • 22nd February 2026: Limited accommodation will be provided only on prior request for participants traveling from long distances.
  • Accommodation on 22nd February is subject to availability and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants must inform the organizers in advance during registration.

💡 Project Scope & Development Rules

  • Projects must strictly follow the assigned theme/problem statement
  • All development must be done during the 12-hour hackathon
  • Pre-existing projects or previously written code are not allowed
  • Only open-source libraries and frameworks may be used
  • Each team must present a working prototype

⏳ Time Limit

  • Total hackathon duration: 12 hours
  • All submissions must be completed before the deadline

🧠 Code Ownership & Validation

  • All code must be original and developed during the event
  • Organizers may conduct code validation checks
  • Unauthorized assets or copied code will lead to disqualification

🤝 Collaboration Policy

  • Teams may seek guidance from mentors or organizers
  • Cross-team collaboration is strictly prohibited

⚖️ Fair Play & Code of Conduct

  • Maintain professionalism and respect
  • Cheating or misconduct leads to disqualification
  • Harassment will not be tolerated

🧾 Intellectual Property Rights

  • Teams retain full ownership of their projects
  • Organizers may request permission to showcase projects

🌍 Code Sharing

Participants are encouraged to publish projects on GitHub after the hackathon.

⚠️ Disputes, Liability & Rule Changes

  • Disputes will be resolved by organizers and judges
  • Organizers are not responsible for personal loss or damage
  • Rules and prizes are subject to change

📸 Consent & Media Release

Participants consent to the use of photos, videos, and project details for promotional purposes.
